Return Policy

Hull Shield by GAT Group wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased. We offer a 30-day return period on all items ordered from our website – hullshield.net.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES – Shipping charges are only refundable for products returned due to defect.
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact a customer service rep immediately at info@gatgroup.net

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned unused, and in original packaging. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund.

  • All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original payment method. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative product.
  • Return period starts from the date the order is shipped.
  • The GAT Group is NOT liable for any items lost by the carrier. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
  • All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking unless the product is being returned due to defect or is being exchanged for another product.
  • Return policy subject to change without notice.
